Participation should be strictly on the topics mentioned for the competition.

Paper format must be as follows:

Title, Name of the author, Name of the Institute

Content: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Description/System Development/Functioning/Methodology, Applications, Advantages & Disadvantages, Conclusion, References.

Abstract should not exceed 150 words and the manuscript should not exceed 3 pages with left margin 1.5`, top, bottom and right margin 1`, Font: Times new roman 12, Line spacing 1.5

The paper must be in the .docx format

Duration of each presentation will be for maximum 5 minutes ( presentation for 3 minutes using power point slides and 2 minutes for Q & A by judges)

Abstract and the paper manuscript to be submitted through the submission link that will be provided after registration

The topic chosen should be mentioned at the time of registration.

The decision of the organizers / competition judges will be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

The mode of presentation shall be live by sharing screen on online meeting platform (Microsoft Teams / Zoom)

Videos should be prepared strictly on the topics mentioned for the competition.

No professional help should be sought for video making. Video can be made using computer, mobile or digital camera available at your ease.

Duration of the video must be strictly between 3 to 5 minutes.

A single video should be submitted by a team only through the submission link that will be provided after registration.

Maximum number of participants in a team is two.

Team Name should be visible throughout the video to prove originality of the work

Anything illegal, unethical, obscene or vulgar found will lead to disqualification of the team without any prior notice.

All information presented in the video must be cited, giving credit to the original source. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification. No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) should be used for this competition unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material. Copyrights should be honored.

Participants should record a video of making the best out of waste product, mention and show the waste material used. Demonstrate the final product specify its used and cost effectiveness with respect to the time needed to make it.

Waste material could be anything like tetra packs, bottles, newspapers, old utensils, jute material or any second-hand items that otherwise would be thrown away.

The material would be rejected if not found to be a waste product or second-hand.

No ready or semi-finished model or matter would be accepted for making the product.
