Rules of Event:

  • Registration is must for participation in the event.

  • Maximum number of participants in a team is two.

  • Participation should be strictly on the topics mentioned for the competition.

  • Paper format must be as follows:

  • Title, Name of the author, Name of the Institute

  • Content: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Description/System Development/Functioning/Methodology, Applications, Advantages & Disadvantages, Conclusion, References.

  • Abstract should not exceed 150 words and the manuscript should not exceed 3 pages with left margin 1.5`, top, bottom and right margin  1`, Font: Times new roman 12, Line spacing 1.5

    • The paper must be in the .docx format

    • Duration of each presentation will be for maximum 5 minutes ( presentation for 3 minutes using power point slides and 2 minutes for Q & A by judges)

    • Abstract and the paper manuscript to be submitted through the submission link that will be provided after registration

    • The topic chosen should be mentioned at the time of registration.

    • The decision of the organizers / competition judges will be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

    • The mode of presentation shall be live by sharing screen on online meeting platform (Microsoft Teams / Zoom)

    • Last date for registration and submission: 23rd August 2021, Monday.

Rules of Event:

  • Registration is must for participation in the event.

  • Participants should submit the demonstration and presentation of their project through video.

  • Maximum number of participants in a team is two.

  • Flow of the content: Problem Statement, Introduction, Objective, Application, Advantage(s), limitation(s) (if any) of the project should be specified.

  • Theoretical significance and uniqueness of ideas should be clearly presented through video.

  • The video presentation should be creative having glimpses of making project.

  • Duration of the video must be strictly between 3 to 5 minutes.

  • The decision of the organizers / competition judges will be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

  • Google drive link of the video should be provided only through the submission link that will be provided after  registration

Rules of Event:

  • Registration is must for participation in the event.

  • Videos should be prepared strictly on the topics mentioned for the competition.

  • No professional help should be sought for video making. Video can be made using computer, mobile or digital camera available at your ease.

  • Duration of the video must be strictly between 3 to 5 minutes.

  • A single video should be submitted by a team only through the submission link that will be provided after registration.

  • Maximum number of participants in a team is two.

  • Team Name should be visible throughout the video to prove originality of the work

  • Anything illegal, unethical, obscene or vulgar found will lead to disqualification of the team without any prior notice.

  • All information presented in the video must be cited, giving credit to the original source. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification. No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) should be used for this competition unless you own the copyright or have a license to use the material. Copyrights should be honored.

  • The decision of the organizers / competition judges will be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

  • Videos will be judged on the following criteria:

    • Content of video (in line with the topics as stated above)

    • Creativity of video

    • Accuracy of information

    • Originality and entertainment value

    • Effectiveness in reaching to the audience

    • Overall quality of video

  • Participants should record a video of making the best out of waste product, mention and show the waste material used. Demonstrate the final product specify its used and cost effectiveness with respect to the time needed to make it.

  • Duration of the video must be strictly between 3 to 5 minutes.

  • Waste material could be anything like tetra packs, bottles, newspapers, old utensils, jute material or any second-hand items that otherwise would be thrown away.

  • The material would be rejected if not found to be a waste product or second-hand.

  • No ready or semi-finished model or matter would be accepted for making the product.

  • Participants will be judged on

    • Creativity,

    • Utilization of Resources,

    • Artistic composition & design,

    • Eco-friendly rating,

    • Utility of the Product and

    • Overall presentation.
